The role of the management subjects of the higher education institution in ensuring the rights of participants of the educational process during martial law

The article highlights the problem of ensuring the rights of participants in the educational process of higher education institutions during the period of martial law in Ukraine. The purpose of the article was to analyze the subjects of management of a higher education institution regarding the provision of the rights of participants in the educational process during the special period of martial law. The definition and characteristics of a legal state are provided. An analysis of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine on Higher Education was made in the context of determining the basic rights of participants in the educational process and the main tasks of a higher education institution. The definitions of the concepts of subject and provision are provided. It is necessary to define from the law what martial law is.The main management entities responsible for ensuring the rights of participants in the educational process in a higher education institution are identified. Further research directions have been identified regarding ensuring the rights of participants in the educational process in a higher education institution.
