Research of table tennis as an applied sport for school and student youth

The modern educational and scientific space requires, along with cognitive abilities, the implementation of applied competencies of education seekers, future competitive specialists. One of the applied types of physical culture and sports activities is the introduction of table tennis as a selective variable module in the educational process of secondary education institutions and the training process outside of school (multi-sports clubs, sports schools, houses of creativity, tourism centers, etc.). Along with this, the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the effective use of table tennis equipment in the educational environment in training sessions and physical education lessons contributes to its wider integration into the educational process of schoolchildren and students. We note that table tennis as an applied type of physical culture and sports activity is included in extracurricular tournaments, games, sections and circles to popularize an active lifestyle of students and students. The recognition as an applied sport for the development of professionally important qualities of future specialists, will become a mandatory daily activity for most students.transformation of table tennis into a hobby, and later its
