Building the TacMed Chatbot to Support Medical Education in Low-Resource Settings: A Low-Code Platform Approach
This paper focuses on the development, localization, and deployment of the TacMed Chatbot to support frontline workers in high-stress environments. It explores the use of a low-code platform for rapid implementation, ensuring accessibility in both online and offline settings. The study highlights the chatbot’s role in delivering clear, actionable medical guidance and adapting to different languages and cultural contexts. Future improvements aim to enhance AI integration, expand localization, and refine usability based on real-world feedback.
