Lowering the bandgap of poly(diketopyrrolopyrrole-alt-terchalcogenophene)s via chalcogen effects for shortwave infrared phototransistors
Modulated by chalcogen effect, polymer SeDPP-Te exhibited high hole mobility and shortwave infrared phototransistor performance, with photoresponsivity, photosensitivity and specific detectivity up to 34.0 A W −1 , 27.6 and 2.76 × 10 11 Jones.
