Risk Management Analysis of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) of the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University

This research analyzes risk management concerning the Key Performance Indicators (IKU) at the Faculty of Engineering, Khairun University. Utilizing the ISO 31000:2018 guidelines, the research identifies and evaluates risks that may hinder the achievement of IKU, which includes aspects such as graduate employment, student experience, and international collaboration. The methods employed include interviews, group discussions, and document reviews to gather data. The analysis results highlight the importance of effective mitigation strategies to reduce the likelihood and impact of risks, as well as the necessity for regular monitoring and review to ensure successful implementation. This study aims to provide comprehensive in-sights into risk management within higher education environments. The results show from the 7 IKUs for high-risk activities that could be resolved to medium, 2 IKUs for high-risk activities could be resolved to low and 1 IKU for low-risk activities became very low.
