A Study on the Impact of Sandplay Therapy on Interpersonal Relationships of College StudentsAuthors
This experiment focuses on the impact of sandplay therapy on improving interpersonal relationships among college students. Using the revised Chinese version of the “Interpersonal Circular Scale” by Hao Yanna, a survey was conducted on 447 college students from a university in Beijing. Twelve college students with interpersonal relationship problems were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups, with six people in each group. The control group did not receive any intervention, while the experimental group received individual sandplay therapy intervention once a week for a total of 10 weeks. After the intervention, the experimental group and control group were tested again with scales, and the 10 sand tables were coded with themes. The results showed that sand table game therapy has a significant impact on the interpersonal relationship apathy of college students.
