Fostering Haryana’s Startup Ecosystem: A Pathway to Empowerment and Economic Self-Reliance
India’s rise as the third-largest startup ecosystem worldwide highlights its capacity for rapid expansion, which relies on the active involvement of its young population in entrepreneurship. Mentality and skillset are two crucial factors for promoting business growth and long-term success. Assessing one’s potential by considering both mentality and talent leads to improved quality and performance. This, in turn, strengthens belief in one’s potential and is evident in observable behavior. The interaction between sustainability and scalability is vital for the advancement of talent, while strategy and execution are important for ambitious entrepreneurs to attain success. In order to successfully convert one’s skills into practical job prospects, it is crucial for people to actively contemplate entrepreneurship as a feasible career option. Conquering feelings of discouragement is crucial for achieving success as an entrepreneur. The study’s aim is to investigate the changing entrepreneurial landscape in Haryana State and identify the primary elements, known as “push-up factors,” that drive the growth of startups in Haryana. By analyzing these aspects, the research aims to provide practical suggestions to strengthen the startup environment and promote more involvement from prospective entrepreneurs.
