Women safety system with image capturing and voice recording
This project introduces a wearable safety device designed to enhance women's security by integrating real-time image capturing, voice recording, GPS tracking, and emergency alert functionalities. The system employs an Arduino Uno microcontroller to coordinate various components, including an ESP32-CAM for image capture, a voice recording module, a GPS module for location tracking, and a GSM module for sending alerts. Upon pressing the emergency push-button, the device captures the surrounding environment's image, records ambient audio, determines the user's location, and sends an SMS alert to predefined contacts. Additionally, a speaker emits a loud alarm to deter potential threats. Powered by a 12V adapter, this compact system aims to provide immediate assistance and evidence collection in distress situations.
