Study of the Inhibitory Effect of Ziziphus Spina-Christi Leaf Extract on Staphylococcus Arueus
The purpose of this exploratory study is to determine the efficacy of secondary metabolic components in raw Ziziphus spina-christi leaf extracts and their impact on a particular the bacteria that infects females' external genital regions. Using the preliminary reagents, the active chemicals (glycosides, phenols, alkaloids, sugars, soaps, flavonoids, and titins) were identified in the extracts. The experiment was conducted three times to examine the crude extracts' efficacy against Staphylococcus arueus. The alcohol-containing Ziziphus spina-christi extract of leaves was the most effective of the extracts, and which varied in their inhibitory effects based on concentration, according to the data.
