Redefining Academic Libraries: The Transformative Impact of Artificial Intelligence Enhanced Knowledge Management Systems

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing knowledge management systems in academic libraries by providing hitherto unseen possibilities for improved content organization, retrieval, and user engagement. This study investigates the transformative impact of AI-enhanced knowledge management systems in academic libraries. By looking at the most recent advancements in artificial intelligence technology, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and machine learning, this research explores how these innovations streamline library operations and improve user experiences. Through qualitative analysis, involving interviews and case studies, the study identifies the advantages and difficulties of using AI in knowledge management. The results highlight AI's ability to revolutionize academic libraries while addressing ethical considerations such as data privacy and algorithmic bias. This paper provides valuable insights and recommendations for future research and practical implementation in the evolving landscape of AI-enhanced academic libraries.
