Discussion on the Development and Application of OH Cards on the Perspective of Psychological Counseling
OH cards are the emerging psychological counseling and therapy tool that combines art with psychology. Their theoretical basis mainly includes the Iceberg Theory, the ABC theory of emotions, and the transference theory, etc. OH cards originated in the modern Western world and were widely used abroad. Recently, they have begun to be introduced to China, but their popularity is relatively low and there is a lack of sufficient practical theoretical guidance. Therefore, it is meaningful to briefly describe the development and evolution history of OH cards abroad in the sense of psychology and explore their role in psychological counseling. This article will combine its development history to explore the application and innovative prospects of OH cards in psychological counseling and psychological assessment.
