THE ROLE OF THE LABOR CONDITION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ECONOMY OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC WITHIN THE EAEU

The labor situation is a set of economic conditions in the labor market, including the level of employment, unemployment, migration processes and demand for labor resources. In modern conditions of globalization and integration, such as the entry of the Kyrgyz Republic into the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), the labor situation is of particular importance for the sustainable economic development of the country. Kyrgyzstan, located at the center of key trade routes, is gaining access to expanded labor markets, which opens up new opportunities for economic growth. Participation in the EAEU also involves the exchange of labor, which can have a positive impact on productivity and living standards of the population. However, integration within the EAEU is associated with a number of challenges, such as increased competition in the labor market and the need to adapt to changing economic conditions. The purpose of this article is to systematically analyze the impact of the labor market on the development of the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the context of the EAEU. This study will analyze current trends in the labor market, as well as assess the impact of integration on the country's economic performance.
