SPECIFICITY OF OWNERSHIP RIGHTS TO AGRICULTURAL LAND

The article examines the features of the institution of property rights in relation to agricultural land. Identification of these features is carried out from the prism of ownership of agricultural lands by such categories of entities as the state, local governments, as well as individuals and legal entities. The specificity of ownership of agricultural land is revealed to such subjects as stateless persons, foreign citizens, including foreign citizens who have received the status of compatriots with foreign citizenship. An in-depth comprehensive analysis of the civil and land legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic is being carried out in order to identify conflicts and gaps in the area under study. Practical recommendations are given for improving the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of regulating the legal regime of agricultural lands.
