Teacher Prophetic Leadership in the Era of Society 5.0
This study examines the implementation of teachers' prophetic leadership in facing the Society 5.0 era, with a case study at Al-Quran Asy-Syifa Kindergarten. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews and literature study. The results show that prophetic leadership values such as sidik (truthfulness), amanah (trustworthiness), tabligh (conveyance), and fathonah (intelligence) are integrated into the learning process. Teachers act as role models, adopt a holistic approach in teaching, focus on students' spiritual empowerment, and collaborate with parents. The implementation of prophetic leadership proves effective in creating a positive learning environment and supporting students' character and spiritual development in the Society 5.0 era.
