Abstract 2210 Inkjet Dispenser-Liquid Vortex Capture-Mass Spectrometry for Single-Cell Metabolomics in Hep G2 Steatosis Caused by Tamoxifen
Exploring cellular biology at single-cell resolution using genomics and transcriptomics is revolutionizing the study of metabolic pathways and the identification of therapeutic targets within heterogeneous cell populations. Unlike bulk measurements, single-cell analyses reveal pathways that were previously obscured, enabling advancements in medicine, cellular manufacturing, and bioengineering. However, solely genomic approaches may provide an incomplete understanding of biochemical pathways and therapeutic target behavior under treatment.
