Abstract 1166 Animating Awareness: Using Stop-Motion to Empower Children with Inherited Disorders through Visual Biochemistry Education

The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) student chapter at Federal Medical College has embarked on a novel initiative to enhance patient education through the creation of stop-motion animation videos. This project focuses on children born with inherited disorders, aiming to simplify the communication of complex molecular processes. Using stop-motion animation, students break down intricate biochemical pathways into visually engaging and easily understandable sequences.
