Empreendedorismo Feminino e os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS): um estudo teórico e reflexivo

This study examines the role of female entrepreneurship in promoting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on SDG 5 (Gender Equality), 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The growing number of women entrepreneurs reflects a shift toward empowerment and economic independence, although significant challenges such as unequal access to funding and support networks persist. The study highlights that many women turn to entrepreneurship out of necessity, seeking autonomy in adverse contexts, and that by adopting sustainable practices, they contribute to social justice and environmental preservation. Public policies, such as the National Strategy for Female Entrepreneurship and National Women's Entrepreneurship Week, reinforce the importance of supporting women's initiatives. Promoting female entrepreneurship is presented as not only a tool for social and economic inclusion but also essential for achieving sustainable development goals.
