Abstract 1247 AC01: A Natural Compound with Anti-Cancer Activity Targeting Wnt/ß-catenin Signaling Pathway
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women and its treatment remains challenging due to the inherent heterogeneity. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy are the most common therapies available, but cancer cells often reduce their sensitivity to them leading to cancer recurrence and treatment failure. A large number of studies have highlighted the importance of natural compounds in cancer treatment due to their lower toxicity and reduced drug resistance. In this study, the anti-proliferative and anti-migratory effects of a natural compound, AC01, were investigated on breast cancer cell lines.
