Abstract 1356 Fast and Deep Phosphoproteome Analysis with the Orbitrap Astral
Here, we describe the use of the Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer with data-independent acquisition to facilitate rapid and deep analysis of the human and mouse phosphoproteomes. HEK293T and HeLa cells were cultured in DMEM. HeLa cells were treated with human Endothelial Growth Factor (EGF) to benchmark method performance to previously reported literature results. Yeast cells were cultured in rich YPD medium. Six-week-old male C57BL6/J mice were euthanized, and various tissue samples were collected.
