Abstract 2349 Long Non-Coding RNA hLinfRNA7 in Inflammation and Tryptophan Metabolism
Inflammation is fundamental to numerous human diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and arthritis. Recently, the involvement of long non-coding RNAs (LncRNAs) in regulating inflammation and immune response has attracted growing interest. However, the regulatory functions of many LncRNAs remain largely uncharted. Our research focuses on exploring the role of a previously uncharacterized LncRNA, termed hLinfRNA7 (Human Long non-coding Inflammation Associated RNA-7), in inflammation and immune response.
