Intelligent Design of Non-Standard Equipment Modeling Under Perceptual Imagery: Taking Pressure Relief Valve Assembly Equipment as an Example
To propose an intelligent design method for non-standard equipment modeling that meets the characteristics of user's perceptual needs. This paper explores the modeling design method of non-standard equipment in the context of the intelligent era. Taking the pressure relief valve assembly equipment as an example, this paper integrates the theoretical framework of perceptual engineering and intelligent design. By collecting the user's perceptual image and relevant product instance samples, the user image and the sample image are mapped to establish a sample library of pressure relief valve assembly equipment modeling based on user perceptual imagery. Then, the sample library is trained with the Lora model, and the generated model is screened. With the help of Stable Diffusion, the modeling of the pressure relief valve assembly equipment is innovatively generated, and the image schemes of the pressure relief valve assembly equipment under different image styles are obtained. The user satisfaction evaluation of the generated scheme effect is carried out using a questionnaire. The product intelligent generation design method based on perceptual imagery proposed in this paper effectively accelerates the process of non-standard equipment modeling design, improves design efficiency and quality, and can also provide designers with more inspiration and choice space, providing strong support for the innovation and optimization of non-standard equipment modeling design.
