Research on 3D Printing Waste Plastic Recycling System Design Based on SAPAD and AHP
Taking sustainable design as the starting point, we explore the application of SAPAD-AHP methodology in the field of 3D printing waste recycling product system design, and develop related product system design practice. Firstly, we obtain and analyze the user behavior information and behavioral characteristics at each stage of 3D printing waste recycling; secondly, we use SAPAD analysis to complete the mapping of user behavior-object-meaning, and obtain the core meaning clusters through clustering analysis and the AHP method, which are mapped to the product purpose function, to further explore the target product system design function. design means of implementation function. Finally, the 3D printing waste plastic recycling product system architecture is constructed, and the desktop-level special injection molding equipment and APP design are completed. The waste plastic recycling system design by comprehensively applying SAPAD-AHP method can deeply explore the user needs under user behavior, realize the effective matching between user needs and target product system functions, and guide the subsequent design practice, which is conducive to providing a good solution of waste plastic recycling for individual 3D printing users.
