Man-Machine Layout Optimization Design of the Underground Mining Load Haul Dump Loader Cockpit Based on Virtual Simulation Technology
In order to effectively improve the safety, comfort and work efficiency of underground mining load haul dump loader drivers during underground mining operations, a simulation environment of the work environment of underground mining load haul dump loader drivers was established. The visibility, accessibility, and comfort of P5, P50, and P95 scraper drivers in common postures during operation were simulated and analyzed by Jack ergonomics simulation software. Combined with the analysis data to formulate the optimization design direction, and establish the optimized simulation model of the working environment of the driver of the underground mining load haul dump loader to implement the simulation analysis again, and compare the analysis results for verification. By comparing the analysis results before and after optimization, the original cab centralized layout of operating components is changed to a decentralized layout to meet the operating needs of each percentile driver. This research method can provide a useful reference for the ergonomic design research of cab layout of underground related transportation machinery.
