UI Design of Smart Bracelet Based on User Experience of the Elderly

With the increasing global aging, smart bracelets have broad application prospects in the health management of the elderly, but the existing products often ignore the special needs of the elderly. Through literature review, questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews, this study comprehensively analyzed the experience of the elderly when using smart bracelets, constructed user portraits and analyzed the characteristics of the elderly users. In view of the challenges of the elderly in terms of operational complexity and visual readability, this paper proposes some UI design strategies for aging, such as simplifying the interaction process, improving fault tolerance, optimizing visual design and enhancing data visualization, aiming at reducing the cognitive burden of elderly users, improving operational convenience and satisfaction, and promoting the health management and quality of life of the elderly.
