Research on the Design of an AR-Assisted Intervention System for People with Social Anxiety
With the development of information technology, the way people socialize has changed a lot. However, more and more people choose to socialize online rather than offline, especially among college students, which leads to the growing problem of social anxiety. This study aimed to identify the needs of socially anxious people through situational observation and interviews. An augmented reality-based assistive intervention system was designed for socially anxious people, which passed the usability test and intervention potential assessment. Focusing on socially anxious people, this study delved into user needs and proposed a system design approach to address social anxiety. As such, this study provides insightful recommendations for the development of social anxiety intervention products.
