Advanced Research on the Design of an Allencompassing Ancient Porcelain-Related Service App Leveraging the Kano Model
With the increasing prosperity of the ancient porcelain market, an influx of enthusiasts and collectors can be observed entering this field. However, during transactions, they often face challenges such as limited channels for information acquisition and a lack of professional knowledge, which may restrict the development of the ancient porcelain market to some extent. Therefore, the design and development of a more comprehensive and professional ancient porcelain-related service APP is deemed particularly important. This paper based on the Kano model, and in-depth study of the needs of ancient porcelain enthusiasts is conducted. Through questionnaire surveys and indepth interviews, 12 core demand attributes are extracted, and the Kano model is applied for user needs analysis and Better-Worse coefficient analysis, ultimately determining 2 essential demands, 3 desired demands, 3 attractive demands, 1 indifferent demand, and 3 reverse demands. In order to fill the gap in the market for apps related to ancient porcelain, this article designs an APP called “Porcelain Language”, which mainly includes three functions: a rich knowledge base and professional appraisal services are provided, user evaluations and transaction records are offered, and intelligent recommendations and precise matching are delivered. This APP can design a more user-friendly, professional ancient porcelain service APP that meets user needs and provides comprehensive and accurate information services.
