Interface Design and Interaction Optimization for Dietary Management of Alzheimer's Patients Based on the Fogg Behavior Model

This paper focuses on the needs of Alzheimer's patients, conducting an interface design study that integrates both online and offline elements based on the Fogg Behavior Model. The online design includes interactive interfaces suitable for mobile phones and tablets, featuring personalized meal reminders, dietary tracking, a virtual sharing community, and a personal user interface, aimed at providing comprehensive dietary management and emotional support for patients and their families. The offline design emphasizes the promotion of healthy dietary models, incorporating vending machines and other products to facilitate access to nutritious meal plans for patients and individuals with cognitive impairments, thereby raising awareness of Alzheimer's prevention. Through surveys, user interviews, and expert guidance, the project ensures the scientific rigor and practicality of the interface design. The outcomes of this research offer innovative ideas for the development of future Alzheimer's assistance tools and provide a practical design paradigm for improving patients' quality of life.
