Research on the Optimization of Flow Channel Structure of Infiltration Irrigation System Based on Technological System Evolution and Biomimetic Design for Infants
The hydraulic performance of subsurface irrigation emitters directly impacts irrigation efficiency, making it a critical research focus in emitter design and development. This study proposes a novel design methodology for emitter flow channels, integrating the theory of technological system evolution with bionic principles. By analyzing the evolution of technological systems, the developmental trends of emitters are forecasted. The TRIZ contradiction matrix is utilized to address design-related technical contradictions, while bionic design is employed to optimize the flow channel geometry. The final design features a fish-inspired flow channel structure. CFD simulations were conducted to analyze the hydraulic performance, confirming the design's flow stability and anti-clogging capabilities, thereby demonstrating the feasibility and effectiveness of this approach.
