Research on the Design of Unmanned Hazardous Chemical Transport Vehicles Based on AHP-FCE

AIMS: To reasonably evaluate the impact of design factors for unmanned hazardous chemical transport vehicles and verify the satisfaction with the design scheme, an AHP-FCE system evaluation model was established. Method: First, a hierarchical indicator evaluation model was constructed based on AHP, and a judgment matrix was established to calculate the element weights and perform a consistency test. Then, the unmanned transport vehicle scheme was designed, and finally, FCE was used to verify whether the scheme effectively met the set goals. Throughout the evaluation process, the opinions of both design and chemical experts were integrated to ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the results. Conclusion: This study validated the feasibility of the AHP-FCE evaluation model in the design of unmanned hazardous chemical transport vehicles, providing a reference for quantitative analysis and offering valuable insights for the design and optimization of related products.

Conclusion: This study validated the feasibility of the AHP-FCE evaluation model in the design of unmanned hazardous chemical transport vehicles, providing a reference for quantitative analysis and offering valuable insights for the design and optimization of related products.
