Re-imaginar la discapacidad

This article aims to reimagine disability as a transformative power, not as a pathology to be overcomed. Experiences that are marginalized by the hegemonic narrative are recovered through the Anarchivo. Collective artistic practices, based on affectivity, question dominant logics by desiring a different way of being-together. Multisensory listening and sensitive documentation enhance a divergent archive. The performative gradually undoes rigid borders on corporeality, opening cracks in capacitism.

Abstract

This article aims to reimagine disability as a transformative power, not as a pathology to be overcomed. Experiences that are marginalized by the hegemonic narrative are recovered through the Anarchivo. Collective artistic practices, based on affectivity, question dominant logics by desiring a different way of being-together. Multisensory listening and sensitive documentation enhance a divergent archive. The performative gradually undoes rigid borders on corporeality, opening cracks in capacitism.
