Transport phenomena in Blasius nanofluid model motivated by radiations and dissipation Energy: Investigation for convective surface case

Comparative thermal performance in nanofluids inspired by the controlling parameters is a topic of much significance. These nanofluids have broad applications in chemical, mechanical, and applied thermal engineering etc. Thus, the current research provides a deep investigation of nanofluids thermal transport through the Blasius flow situation. The modeling accomplished through governing model modified by radiation, dissipation, permeability, heating source, and convective condition effects. Further, the nanofluid characteristics ( T i O 2 / H 2 O ; S i O 2 / H 2 O ) empower using nanolayer effects based thermal conductivity. After that, the bvp4c algorithm is used for the output purpose. The furnished results reveal that more resistive forces and ϕ controlled the Blasius flow in all the situations. The dissipation and convective conditions remarkably contribute to the comparative thermal performance of both nanofluids. Use of radiation ( R d = 1.0 , 3.0 , 5.0 , 7.0 ) and dissipation effects ( E c = 0.1 , 0.3 , 0.5 , 0.7 ) provided remarkable thermal improvement. These two factors are observed to be crucial in thermal transport, and these features make the problem more realistic for engineering applications. Furthermore, the heating source ( λ = 0.1 , 0.3 , 0.5 , 0.7 ), Biot number ( B i = 0.1 , 0.3 , 0.5 , 0.7 ) and concentration of NPs ( ϕ = 0.02 to ϕ = 0.06 ) positively impact the temperature. Further, dominant thermal transport is examined for TiO 2 /H 2 O rather than SiO 2 /H 2 O due to augmenting the model constraints.
