O Dispositivo Intercessor (DI) e os desafios emergentes para a produção da práxis nos processos formativos dos trabalhadores da Assistência Social
The text presented here addresses the experience of appropriation of the Intercessor Device (ID) as a work strategy for localization in Social Assistance (SA) as an institution, aiming to produce praxis in the training processes operated with workers, and as an analysis to generate knowledge about the know-how produced in praxis. The experiences analyzed refer to the processes of Advisory and Technical Supervision conducted with workers who worked in three Social Assistance Reference Centers (CRAS) and three Specialized Social Assistance Reference Centers (CREAS) in two municipalities in the interior of São Paulo. Permanent Education of the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS) constitutes a work field where many companies offer actions, with their primary audience being workers. The developed actions consist of commissions that implicitly carry demands formed by problems experienced by individuals as effects of social inequalities and stratification by Social Class with intersections of ethnicity/race and gender, reinforced by colonizing discourses. These actions can produce ethical and political effects of objectification of the subject in workers, strengthening the established capitalist forces for the maintenance of social inequalities. The ID is a work and analysis strategy that is configured as a possibility for any worker who aspires to operate in institutions, producing other singularizing effects, based on certain subjective involvement with work and some conceptual-theoretical, ethical, political, and sociocultural notions from a transdisciplinary field mobilized to face the complexity existing in Social Work, confronting the arrangements of the Capitalist Mode of Production (CMP) present in the social practices of workers. In summary, the ID was the strategy, within the scope of our Intercession-Research, to try to subvert the disciplinary logic as an effect of work on the population. The problematized experiences can contribute to inspiring other workers who aim for social transformation to confront the established processes in SA and other Public Policy institutions.
