This article will address parental alienation, relating it to Critical Environmental Education, seeking to encourage dialogue, with the aim of strengthening the socioenvironmental relationship that precedes the conflict. Thus, it questions how Critical Environmental Education can minimize conflicts in cases of parental alienation? The hypothesis is that Environmental Education in the Courts should be addressed through transformation and dialogue, so as to awaken the necessary awareness in society. The choice of the theme was guided by the need to overcome the segmented epistemological view of society and socio-environmental problems. The methodology applied will be the hypothetical-deductive method.
