Abstract 1944 Exploration of Human Disease Molecular Mechanisms through Immune Repertoire Sequencing and Comprehensive Antigen Discovery
In various human diseases, including malignant tumors and inflammatory conditions, immune imbalance in diseased tissues often plays a critical role in pathogenesis. However, the detailed mechanisms of humoral immune dysregulation in these tissues remain poorly understood. This study aimed to profile humoral immunity within human disease tissues and deepen our understanding of disease molecular mechanisms. Specifically, we conducted B cell receptor (BCR) repertoire analysis, including single-cell analysis, on B cells and plasma cells isolated from human disease tissues.
