Abstract 2826 ADCC assay elucidate cytokine release and immunoblot profile in three targeted Tumor cell lines

Background: Chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved method to treat lymphoma and leukemia. Conversely solid tumor treatment majorly relies on chemotherapy and radiotherapy, and ongoing research on solid tumor still involves extensive in vivo animal studies. Rational design of immune cell based cellular therapy is emerging, though human relevant solid tumor assay is limited. The present study examined antibody-dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC) by co-culturing naïve and stimulated immune cells with tumor cells, thus providing a cytokine and protein-based assay for anti-cancer ex-vivo research method.
