Abstract 3055 Fostering Scientific Talent: Mentorship and Career Growth of early-career scientists
Effective mentoring plays a critical role in supporting biomedical scientists at every stage of their education and training. The mentoring ecosystem is dynamic, with postdoctoral researchers and advanced graduate students simultaneously supporting junior colleagues while seeking guidance for their own career advancement. While early-career biomedical PhDs have the necessary research experience to lead projects, they still require additional training and professional development towards becoming independent and preparing for their career.
