Abstract 1159 Modeling Physiological Lipid Availability to Improve In Vitro Studies of Lipid Metabolism
HCC1806 MCSCs and 3T3-L1 differentiated adipocytes that induce aggressive gene signatures that remodel the extracellular matrix and could promote metastasis.Further studies are in progress to validate this unique gene signature in additional AA TNBC cell lines, Caucasian American TNBC, and estrogen receptor-positive cell lines incubated with human adipocytes. We also plan to conduct knock-in and knock-out experiments in the receptor-ligand pairs to confirm the central signaling cascades involved.
