Abstract 1763 Investigation of paxillin function and subcellular localization in the filamentous fungus Aspergillus nidulans through gene truncation

during hypercapnia. In conclusion, we propose that hypercapnia exposure impairs mitochondrial function, activates the ISR to induce ATF4/ATF5 which leads to , increases alveolar permeability to small solutes and impedes the differentiation of AT2 into AT1 cells.
