Abstract 2190 An Integrated Transcriptomic Database with Stage-Stratified Analysis of Breast Cancer: A Web-Based Tool for Biomarker Discovery and Therapeutic Target Identification

Introduction. Breast cancer is the most prevalent cancer globally, posing significant medical challenges. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying its progression is crucial for identifying biomarkers and developing targeted therapeutic strategies. To address this need, we developed an integrated database and web platform, accessible at www.tnmplot.com, enabling real-time comparative analysis of gene expression across normal, tumor, and metastatic tissues. Aims. This study aimed to enhance our existing database by incorporating stage-specific data and conducting a comprehensive global analysis of breast cancer to identify biomarkers associated with disease progression.
