Abstract 2129 Unraveling the Role of Alternative Polyadenylation in Regulating ATM Gene Expression in Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) is a rare and aggressive subtype of B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, characterized by the uncontrolled proliferation of B lymphocytes in the mantle zone of lymph nodes. MCL's high metastatic potential and propensity for treatment resistance upon relapse pose significant clinical challenges. It is imperative to understand how abnormal gene regulatory mechanisms drive MCL progression at the molecular level to advance the development and use of molecularly target therapies to treat the disease.
