Abstract 2602 A Collection of Reviews on MDH and MDH CURE Instruction
Malate dehydrogenases (MDHs) have been extensively studied since the 1960s due to their key roles in carbon metabolism and pathways such as redox balance and lipid synthesis. While MDH has been studied in various organisms to understand the kinetics and physiology of the enzyme, a comprehensive and up-to-date review of the enzyme was missing in the literature, which could be useful to the growing community of undergraduate teaching laboratories addressing MDH research questions, the Malate Dehydrogenase CUREs Community (MCC).
