Abstract 1563 The Effect of Natural Remedy Use for Women's Health in Kenya
Natural remedies play a significant role in the advancement of Western medicine and healthcare. Research into the use of natural remedies from various cultures is crucial for strengthening our understanding of natural medicine and women's health. The GWSTEM research program at Mount Saint Mary's University surveyed women from various tribes with different cultural practices in Kenya. The survey included questions about the role of natural remedies in daily life, global policy issues faced by women in Kenya, environmental sustainability, and cancer care/prevention for women.
