Abstract 2932 Network-Based Profiling of TNBC: Phosphoproteomics analysis of TNBC patient samples reveals targets for precision oncology
Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is an aggressive breast cancer subtype lacking estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and HER2 expression, making it unresponsive to targeted hormonal or HER2 therapies. TNBC disproportionately affects younger women and African American populations, with high relapse rates and poor long-term survival. This study aims to uncover molecular drivers of TNBC aggressiveness and identify therapeutic opportunities using advanced proteomics and phosphoproteomics on 144 FFPE samples from the Breast Cancer Genome Guided Therapy Study (BEAUTY).
