Abstract 2268 Relating Population Size to Genetic Marker Detection in All of Us Participants Having Multiple Disease Diagnoses
Increasing amounts of data are becoming available to examine the genomic and biomedical contexts surrounding patient health. The All of Us project has provided a new and highly effective resource of data and software tools for navigating the biomedical and genomic data of more than 300,000 patients. Gauging how the number of patients being evaluated can lead to insight concerning genetic markers will help us understand the power of the All of Us data set and what might be expected for even larger data sets.
