ANALISIS KESESUAIAN BUKU BAHASA INDONESIA LIHAT SEKITAR SD KELAS IV BAB IV BERDASARKAN STANDAR BSNP

ABSTRAKThis study aims to analyze the feasibility of the contents of the Bahasa Indonesia Lihat Sekitar book for grade IV elementary school students based on the criteria of the National Education Standards Agency (BSNP). The focus of the study is on the feasibility aspects of the content which include the suitability of the quality of the content, language quality, presentation, appearance/graphics, and the truth of concepts and facts. The method used is descriptive qualitative with document analysis techniques, where the main data source is the Bahasa Indonesia book for grade IV in Chapter V used in the independent curriculum. The research steps include identification, classification, and assessment of each aspect of feasibility based on the BSNP indicators. The results of the analysis show that in general the book has met the established content feasibility standards, especially in terms of conceptual truth and presentation of material. However, several shortcomings were found, such as the depth of language quality in several sub-themes which are still limited and the lack of text variation that can support the development of students' literacy competencies. The main conclusion of this study is that the book is suitable for use with several notes of improvement, and these findings are expected to be input for textbook developers in improving the quality and relevance of teaching materials in the future.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan isi buku Bahasa Indonesia Lihat Sekitar untuk siswa SD kelas IV berdasarkan kriteria Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP). Fokus penelitian terletak pada aspek kelayakan isi yang meliputi kesesuaian kualitas isi, kualitas bahasa, penyajian, tampilan/kegrafikan, serta kebenaran konsep dan fakta. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis dokumen, di mana sumber data utama adalah buku Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV pada Bab V yang digunakan dalam kurikulum merdeka. Langkah penelitian meliputi identifikasi, pengklasifikasian, dan penilaian setiap aspek kelayakan berdasarkan indikator BSNP. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara umum buku tersebut telah memenuhi standar kelayakan isi yang ditetapkan, khususnya dalam hal kebenaran konsep dan penyajian materi. Namun, ditemukan beberapa kekurangan, seperti kedalaman kualitas kebahasaan pada beberapa subtema yang masih terbatas dan kurangnya variasi teks yang dapat menunjang pengembangan kompetensi literasi siswa. Simpulan utama penelitian ini adalah bahwa buku tersebut layak digunakan dengan beberapa catatan perbaikan, dan temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi pengembang buku teks dalam meningkatkan mutu serta relevansi materi ajar di masa mendatang.
