This review study aims to examine the concepts of work-family-personal life conflict, social anxiety, and psychological flexibility at both theoretical and empirical levels. The significance of psychological flexibility in helping individuals balance multiple life roles and in coping with social anxiety is highlighted. Recent literature suggests that interventions aimed at enhancing psychological flexibility can positively influence individuals' mental well-being. In this context, it is recommended that efforts to reduce the impact of work-family conflict on mental health focus on developing skills grounded in psychological flexibility. Keywords: work-family-private life, social anxiety, psychological flexibility
