Pemanfaatan Website sebagai Penyebaran Informasi Program Kerja Prioritas DJPPI KOMDIGI

The Directorate General of Postal and Informatics Operations under the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs plays a vital role in managing digital infrastructure and communication policies in Indonesia. However, public awareness of its responsibilities and priority programs remains low, limiting information access, transparency, and public participation. This study examines the effectiveness of its official website in disseminating information and increasing public awareness while identifying strategies to enhance website management. A descriptive qualitative method was applied using a management framework consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with key informants and direct observations of website content, accessibility, and interactive features. Thematic analysis was used to interpret the findings. The results indicate that while the website serves as a primary information source, several aspects require improvement in content clarity, navigation, and user engagement. Based on these findings, this study provides recommendations to enhance the website’s role in increasing public participation, improving transparency, and ensuring effective dissemination of strategic programs. The results are expected to support the institution in optimizing digital communication and maximizing public access to relevant information.
