Synthesis and characterization of Polyaniline and Fe3O4 Nano composite for Biosensor application
In this work we report the preparation of magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4) by co- precipitation method. Fe3O4-PANI Nano composite was synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization. The nanoparticles were characterized by xray diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. Fe3O4-PANI Nano composite then fabricated on ITO substrate and characterized by electrochemical technique cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. CV shows good redox activity. Fe3O4-PANI/ITO shows semicircle at high frequency region than bare ITO this confirms the successful fabrication of polymer nano-composite Fe3O4-PANI on ITO plate also this proves that fabricated Fe3O4-PANI nano-composite have good electrical conductivity and large surface area confirms the successful immobilization of Fe3O4-PANI nano-composite on ITO plate and it is promising material for sensing application.
