Review of Histopathological Study on Parasitic Diseases in Fish
The non-peptide angiotensin II antagonist telmisartan (TLM) is frequently administered to treat arterial hypertension.TLM is a class II drug according BCS.IT has low aqueous solubility. At the same time, it is reported that it can block the infection pathway of Covid 19 in pharynges. Therefore, an enhancement solubility of the drug was carried out by using PVP K-30.Three different formulae of the drug with different concentrations of the polymer were formed via solid dispersion technique. The saturated aqueous solubility and saturated solubility in 0.1 N HCL and pH6.8 and 4.7 of the complex was performed. The aqueous solubility of TLM was improved for the three formulations in comparison to pure drug the same results was observed at pH 7.4.The saturated solubility in 0.1 N HCl and pH6.8 was almost equal for solid dispersion and pure drug. The DSC results illustrated the complete transformation to amorphous state with the disappearance of the characteristic endothermic peak of pure drug. While FTIR indicated the mechanism of interaction between the drug and the polymer. The XRD illustrated the amorphous nature of solid dispersion in addition to its physical stability after storage for one year.A hydro-alcoholic solution of each formula was prepared and showed physical stability of the complex for one month. An assembly was selected with special adaptor to direct the sprayed solution to the site of application. An acceptable taste of the prepared solution was confirmed by mature human without any complain. Therefore, it is recommended to utilize the result of this study as an addition tool for decreasing and prevention of the Corona virus infection.
