Multi-Objective Path Planning and Energy Efficiency Optimization Methods for Industrial Robot Collaborative Systems

With the acceleration of the industrial automation process, the application of industrial robot collaboration systems in manufacturing is becoming increasingly widespread. Multi-objective path planning and energy efficiency optimization, as the key issues of this system, have a direct impact on production efficiency, energy consumption and stability. This paper proposes a multi-objective path planning method that takes into account path length, collision risk and energy consumption in view of the characteristics of the industrial robot collaborative system, and achieves energy efficiency optimization with the help of a dynamic adjustment strategy. The effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method were verified through simulation experiments. The results show that this method can significantly shorten the path length, reduce energy consumption and improve the overall performance of the system on the basis of ensuring the safe collaboration of robots.
